REFUNDS & RETURNS
Returns
If you found damages or defects, you have 3 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return Policy
Under normal circumstances, there will be NO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND of any items that are purchased, regardless if the products have been pick-up, open or unopened and so on.
For items that is verified and agreed by Speedy Tees that the faulty or defective items are a result caused by factor (such as during delivery), these items will be available for exchange for the same item. These items must be hand carry to Speedy Tees Pick Up And Payment Center. No shipping back of such items will be entertained.
Under certain circumstances, products that need to send back to supplier (local or oversea) might incur handling and other service charge. These charges are to be paid by the customer in the case of such items are defective as a result due to error by the customer. If the reason for your return is due to our error, there will be no charges of any sort.
Any other cases that qualify for an exchange and return will incur a re-stocking fees.
Important Note:
All refund or exchange for any items purchased must be returned to us within 3 working days upon receiving of the products ordered (pickup or delivery). No further dispute will be entertained after 3 working days.

Privacy
In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and its regulations,your privacy is taken seriously at Speedy Tees. We will not give out your personal information to any third parties whatsoever. All information collected is used for our own purposes ONLY and will not be disclosed to anyone outside our organization. This covers all personal information including email addresses. We do respect your privacy rights.
E-mail Lists
When you register your product with us, we collect e-mail addresses of our customers in order to serve them better. If a patch or update for any of our software products is released, we can then notify you. Also, from time-to-time, we introduce new products and we will send notification of these new products to you. Any and all information collected by us is for the strict internal use of Speedy Tees. Any and all information provided to Speedy Tees will never be sold, lent, or given to a third party.
